It’s National Senior Health and Fitness Day!

 

So what does this mean to those of us who aren’t quite ready to (hopefully) retire and ease back on life’s stresses?

 

Well, here’s a fitness challenge for you – but not the kind you are used to.  Your challenge today is to observe.  No matter how old you are, observe people around you that are older – family, friends, coworkers.  How easily do they move?  How erect and comfortable are they standing?  Do they move with agility, balance, strength?
